Processing time for Shipping and handling.
After your payment is authorized, and verified, (processing times takes up to 3 Business days) we will shipped out your order.

Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.)

Our Shipping delivery timeframe is up to 8 Business days depending on your location. All orders will be shipped with FedEx or UPS.

Tracking Number Availability
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service by email at Info@wigsbysya.com

Orders Update
To insure a quick delivery all orders are processed daily. Unfortunately, orders cannot be altered or changed once your payment is complete.

Orders Returns & Refund Eligibility
We find that we have very low return rates and we are proud of the High Quality Hair Wigs that we offer. We are pleased to offer a return policy on unopened wigs within two (2) DAYS after delivery.

Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unopened, with tags, and in its original shipping packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Items sent back to us without approval will not be accepted.

All Wigs By Sya's orders must be shipped back unopened in it's original packaging and the packaging must not be defected in any way or a return will not be issued.
Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.
Please we ask our customers to keep your billing address and shipping address the same.

We do not ship to P.O Boxes.

You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs of your returned item(s).

We understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on hair extensions that have not been opened, worn or tampered with! Again, items must be unworn, unopened, unwashed, and within the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged *or* missing parts for reasons not due to our error are not eligible for refund.

Also, we are not responsible for any stylist trying to custom color or dye your virgin hair after delivery .

Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges if the package is opened.

Items must be sent back ( *stamp marked* ) within 2 days of the delivery date.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and an email confirmation for your return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Wigs By Sya is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit.

Please keep proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

If you are shipping an item over $75 , you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Exchanges are allowed within two (2) DAYS. Wigs By Sya hairs wigs seals and shipping envelop must be UNOPENED. The hair must not be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange.

If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.

Response/Refund types
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, you will receive a refund in the form of a store credit (E-Gift or Discount code)
